Problem:
Why does adding certain info items to a browser window actually lower the number of clients displayed??
Solution:
When you add an info item that has a one to many relationship (e.g. Display, ATA, Volumes, or FireWire Devices), LANrev only displays entries having at least one record of the specified type. All records with a value of "n/a" are excluded from the list because they do not have any devices of that type. For example, this is the case with Display device and FireWire device information items. In the browser window header on the Mac or the browser window footer on the PC you'll see "Displaying displays: ..." or "Displaying FireWire devices: ...", which indicates what type of device information you are viewing. Computers with no displays or no FireWire devices attached will not show up in these particular lists.
Remove the info item that has a one to many relationship from the columns drawer and the computer entries that do not have any devices of that type attached will be listed again.
