Problem logging into second LANrev server with Active Directory user account

Problem:

Why can't I log into my second LANrev server using an Active Directory domain account that I've configured on my first server as a LANrev admin account?

Solution:

Make sure that both of your LANrev servers have access to Active Directory (AD) and the AD domain controller. If the second LANrev server does not have access to the AD domain controller, it will not be able to pass your credentials to the domain controller for authentication, even if you have configured the second LANrev server to use administrator information from the first server. This is a technical limitation of Active Directory. When you use an AD domain user account to log into LANrev, the LANrev server you are attempting to log in to must be able to pass your credentials to the domain controller.

Configure the second LANrev server so that it has access to Active Directory and the AD domain controller. You should then be able to log in to it using an AD user account.
