Missing LANrev Agent updater packages

Question:

Why don't the LANrev Agent updater packages show up after upgrading from LANrev 2.X to 3.0 and higher?

Answer:

In order to see the LANrev Agent updater packages, the Master Staging Server must be upgraded to version 3.0 and higher via the Agent Deployment Center. Otherwise, the Agent updater packages will not show up. The Agent updater packages should normally appear within a minute after the upgrade, but it may take up to 6 minutes. The Agent updater packages - LANrev Agent (Mac OS X) and LANrev Agent (Windows) - are automatically generated for you by LANrev. These auto-generated Agent updater packages are only created by LANrev 3.0 and higher and not previous versions. You should never manually create the LANrev Agent updater packages yourself. These automatically generated updater packages will update the agents on all computers in the distribution groups to which they are assigned.
