A: In some environments you may not necessarily want to put up a warning dialog to the end user when terminating a prohibited or blacklisted app. In these cases you probably do not want to inform the user that their application is being monitored and actively terminated. Otherwise they may decide to move or rename it, which can break your licensing specification in some instances, depending on how you defined it. If the blacklisted app just terminates without warning then the end user most likely will believe it's a problem with their application, as opposed to it being actively terminated by client management software. It's much easier to enforce the prohibited licensing specification going forward if you are able to convince the user that it's a problem with their application rather than notifying them that you're on to them.
To do this enter the following text into the termination message field for your prohibited licensing specification.
