LANrev Admin Unknown Error

i'm troubleshooting an error which occurs when i attempt to save any changes to the server "arch-moore". i haven't found any info on this particular error in the Guides or on this forum as of yet. error attached. this is a new install. there is one server acting as the staging server and admin. any assistance with this issue is greatly appreciated.

Please post a screenshot of your staging server definition. Chances are you specified an invalid fully qualified path for the packages root path. For example, if the agent specified to be the staging sever is a Windows system the path must start with c:\ or some other drive letter. For Mac agents the path must start with / and be followed by some folder path.
