Hi Bao
sorry i still haven't managed to resolve this particular issue. Now when trying to install the latest agent update 5.2.4 i am getting the same error ie:
The MD5 Checksum validation failed
This is happening on all the machines that are in remote offices. I have manually updated the remote staging servers to 5.2.4 but this hasn't helped
Could it be something to do with the way that the main server is communicating with the staging servers over a vpn connection?
Thanks
Rob

Can you please add the Staging Server Name info item to see if the the MD5 checksum errors all occur with a particular staging server. You might want to delete the Agent updaters and force the server to regenerate them - http://www.lanrev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=64
Then retry the Absolute Manage Agent (Mac OS X) package.
About the disk imaging issue, can you please post a screenshot of the details for the 10.5.8 disk image you uploaded to the staging servers. In particular what is the Staging Server option for the disk image set to?
