Martin Bestmann, Founder and CTOWith nearly twenty years of experience as a developer, manager and executive at major software companies including Apple Computer, Datawatch, Dr. Solomon's and Netopia, Martin Bestmann brings a unique vision, and entrepreneurial spirit, and a wealth of experience to LANrev LP. Perhaps best known for the creation of netOctopus Enterprise Systems Manager, Martin was a true pioneer in the area of systems management software. Martin's vision, formed in the earliest days of networked computing, was to empower administrators to remotely manage networked computers and software. Bringing the best of his vision and experience to LANrev LP, Martin has assembled a premier team of developers to design and produce solutions equal to his vision.
Peter Frankl, Founder and COOPeter Frankl, co-founder of LANrev LP, is a proven executive with over fifteen years experience in high tech sales and marketing. After attending the University of Texas at Austin, Peter shaped the sales and marketing strategy for a telecommunications start-up in Dallas, Texas. He led the business from start-up to a successful multi-national sales organization that pioneered the "free cellular phone" movement. Peter then joined Netopia, Inc. where he built the software sales organization. As Vice President, Software Sales and Marketing, Peter led his team to achieve record revenues for Netopia's line of network management software. |
